St. Augustine Beach Cottage | CHARMING 2/2 COTTAGE JUST A SHORT WALK TO THE BEACH/PET FRIENDLY/WIFI

2 Bedroom Cottage in St. Augustine Beach, St. Augustine

Quaint and comfortable: 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom cottage available for rent for your vacation or get-away. Over 1100 sq. ft. of living area. Master bedroom has a queen size bed and a small flat screen tv. Guest bedroom has 2 twin beds. Each bedroom as it's own bath. Covered front porch, with a swing and porch furniture. As well as a private, screened in back porch that has a small dining table and chairs for your enjoyment. The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, a coffee maker, dishes and flatware. All linens are provided as well as several beach towels.
The Cracker House is not your typical Florida beach house, a friend of ours from North Carolina, has said that it's a 'Mountain Home at the Beach". While the Cracker House is certainly not upscale, we think you will find it clean, comfortable, charming and in a very quite neighborhood, with friendly neighbors.
There are 2 grocery stores, just a short drive south on AIA, as well as numerous restaurants within walking distance from our cottage, to enjoy, if you don't feel like cooking.

Summary: The house was beautiful inside and out. The landscaping around the house is incredible with many flowers and beautiful plants and trees. It is a small oasis. When we were at the house we spent most of our time on the back porch, deck or on the front porch. Lots of songbirds in the trees in the moring.The house is on a dead end street away from the busy main street which keeps the area area quiet. At the same time it is still a short walk to the beach and restaraunts and is a short drive or bike ride to the nearby state park.Historic Saint Augustine is also a short drive away. We hope to make it back to the area and woud rent this house again if it is availbale.
